New Clothing + Pot of Gold!

Finally, Pandanda has updated the clothing for Spring! Or ... only St. Patrick's Day. Though there are only around two pages.

My membership expired yesterday, so I had to sell a few things, the limit amount of clothes for non-members is 200. For elite-members it's 500. Which is weird since, last month before I renewed my membership, I had around 300, and it still allowed me to buy more clothes.

I love the new clothing, very green ;) my favorite color is green. One more thing, you can get a Pot of Gold for your tree house for 490. It's a great addition to your tree to make it more "leprechaun-ish".

Hat Day on Pandanda!

While Zing will be arriving on Monday with cool new prizes, it' also going to be hat day! There are all kinds of hats you can wear.. I have a feeling that the new Zing prize will be a hat. I wonder what the theme will be? Probably Easter or Spring. Henry has put up a new poll, How many Pandanda hats do you have? I counted mine, I have 41 hats and 65 head items. Take a look at the post below:

Hey Pandas!

Today's the day to prepare for Zing Ballyhoo's arrival on Monday by wearing your favorite hat! There have been lots of cool and crazy hats, and other stuff to wear on your head, given out as prizes and gifts in the years that Pandanda has been open. And even more hats have been available in the many different clothing catalogs that have been published.

So let's see every furry panda head covered with some kind of fabulous hat today. You might even want to see how many different hats you can wear while you play today. And if you wear a hat with a certain "character", why not try out your acting skills and become that character! Pirate, Roman soldier, jester, Uncle Sam, princess, knight, wizard, Santa Claus - there are so many possibilities!

You can even vote in the new poll to let us know how many hats you have in your Pandanda closet! The poll is only open for 24 hours, so get your vote in! 

Just a reminder, the deadline for submitting your Spring Theme Player Card Background drawings is getting closer, but you still have until 11:59pm PST on Wednesday, March 14th to send your drawing in to us. You can read more about it in my Spring Theme Player Card Drawing Contest! post on March 1st,  and in the Contest Update post on March 5th. Remember, you can include a suggestion for a simple animation for your background.

Hi Panda Pals!

I received an interesting letter in the mail today. There was no name or return address, and all the message said was "See you on Monday!" It was written on the back of this:

Hmmmmm. I wonder who could have sent me that letter? It's such a mystery!

LOL, well, of course, we all know which of our Pandanda citizens that Golden Ticket belongs to - the amazing Zing Ballyhoo! Zing will be setting up his gold and blue tent in Pandanda for a short visit starting Monday, March 12th. He will scatter Golden Tickets all over Pandanda for you to collect and trade to him for his always unique prizes!

Zing's gold top hat is one of his most unmistakable features. To help us get into the spirit for Zing's return, let's have a cool Hat Day this Friday! Start looking through your closet to find your favorite hat. Can't pick just one favorite? That's ok! Wear them all (one at a time, of course!)

Hey everyone sorry I haven't been posting for a long time it's cause I have been busy with school, but I will try to post more often. Anyways Zing will be back this upcoming Monday with some awesome prizes for us to get with 10 golden tickets. Spring Theme Player Card Drawing Contest!

Hi my panda friends! Its Pandy here....I havent been postin much because I have tests i have to study for in school but right now im going to clear that list and only put "POSTING IN PANDANDA COOLNESS" on it. Anyway there is a cool new contest in pandanda,its a spring theme player card drawing contest! You create one yourself and if its good,you send it to Henry and you could win many awesome prizes so cross your fingers! :)

Happy March, Panda Pals!

Let's get this month off to a great start with the first contest of 2012 - a Spring Theme Player Card Drawing Contest!

This goal of this contest is to design and submit a drawing of a player card background using the template of a player card provided. We recommend you use this template, since it shows the placement of where the Panda image appears on top of the Player Card and how it will cover the design.

The theme of your background should be Springtime. If you like, you can suggest a simple animation for your background (for example, the falling snow on the village scene in last year's Winter Festival background.)

For hand-drawn entries, we suggest that you first print a copy of the template, and then create your drawing on that. Hand-drawn images will need to be scanned into your computer or turned into a digital picture using a digital camera so they can be emailed to us. If you use a camera to take a picture of your drawing, make sure it is well-lit and in focus. We want to be able to see your drawing at its best!

All entries must be emailed to us in the format of a digital image (in one of the following formats: jpg, gif, tiff, bmp, pdf, png). Entries that are not in one of those formats will be disqualified.

There is a limit of one entry per email address (the one you used when you created your panda) per day. Entries must be received at contest@pandanda.com no later than 11:59pm PST on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. The winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 21st in my Blog.

Prizes:
One Grand Prize will be awarded by our panel of judges.

The Grand Prize winner will have their design turned into an actual player card background by our graphic artists to be used in the game, and will also receive:
1. a 6-month Elite Membership Gift Certificate
2. 5000 Panda Power
3. 200 Panda Gold The really cool part is that the winning design will feature the winning

Panda's name on the card - which could even make your Panda pretty famous - who knows? The winner's new Player Card Background will be available during the Easter Egg Hunt Festival that begins on March 30th.

To submit your entry (have your parent or guardian help you):

1.Read and obey the rules. Entering the competition means that you and your parent/guardian agree to the rules. A complete list of the rules can be found here. If you are under 13 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to review them with you, along with our website Terms of Use, specifically with regard to the use of submissions you send to us.
2.Ask your parent or guardian to email your entry to contest@pandanda.com from their email address, the one they used when they signed you up for Pandanda. Your entry MUST come from the email address that we have on file for your Pandanda account.You can see what that email address is by logging into your Account Management page.
3.Type the words "Player Card Drawing Contest" in the subject line of the email.
4.Type your Panda name in the text of the email for example "Panda Name: Paige."
5.Do NOT include your real name, house address, phone number, or password.
6.Email your entry for Pandanda to receive it no later than Wednesday, March 14th at 11:59pm, Pacific Standard Time (PST). You may only send in one entry per Pandanda account per day.

I can't wait to see your entries. I know there are some very creative pandas out there in Pandanda Land!
